Thank you for the advice (You could have done almost anything on this forum) !
There was no role assigned and thus a member had the full rights and could do anything in this forum. But actually the standard permissions should automatically work?
In any case, I never noticed, because most forums are locked.
Doubly strange: in the other groups it is correct everywhere and it was automatically set correctly. Only with the registered members this was not the case.
(still phpBB 3.2.8)

No problem. My access is now standard. To be honest, I at first thought the previous set of permissions were set intentionally. By the way, did you intend to make this topic a sticky? I'm asking because it is now a sticky.
